Willow's Nordic Shepherds Hut

Gorgeous views, fantastic location, beautiful hut and amazing staff! Positive: We loved every single moment- from start to finish! The staff were always on hand, super friendly and attentive! The hut was gorgeous and clean!! We utilised the outside space for morning coffees, the inside space is small but perfect for what we were wanting! The but was equipped with everything you could need! Iron, hair dryer, toilet rolls, some tea and coffee, shower gel and more!! Location? Amazing! It’s a couple minute walk to the main square, close to pubs, restaurants and more! Best to note the hut is close to other properties so you should expect a tiny tiny bit of noise but this did not affect us one bit!! We will absolutely be back!!! Negative: Nothing! Cannot fault this place/ our trip to Ballater!

Positive: Log burner Negative: Hot water only lasted about 5mins for shower.

Positive: The location was amazing, we've been visiting Ballater for years and found this to be such a great central place to stay with a dog. The hut is so warm and cosy, we had a great time! Negative: Would've loved if there was a king size bed instead of a double

Really enjoyed our stay. Positive: Excellent location. Enclosed garden for pooch. Very warm, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. Negative: Quite an early check out time and late check in.
