Willow's Nordic Shepherds Hut

Very comfortable, I would stay there again. Positive: Very comfortable and good quality, with everything needed for a simple stay. Ideal for a solo traveller. Quiet and private despite being on a street in town. Ballater is a great little town with good shops and cafes, and easy access to beautiful walks.

Beautiful area, not far from Balmoral castle, can see why the Royal family love this area. Positive: In a very quiet side street located in a beautiful village. clean, good cooking facilities, including a small air fryer, comfortable bed(it was to one side) 2 minute walk to the centre of the village. Local co op, cafes. Negative: Nothing really, only one comment, there is no TV, but after spending a couple days exploring the area, we were happy not to turn a tv on.

Everything you need for few days away- well equipped, in quiet location, close enough to the shops and local businesses. Great for those looking for comfortable nights and rest, before days of exploring and adventures 👍 We found it easy to find and access- full information/instructions sent by the host was easy to follow. “Welcome book” helped avoid any unwanted surprises- appreciated 👍
